Rumor: nvc to Vale?

nvc (former TLR.tf2) has been seen playing several times for Vale. Just today this happened on IRC:

[15:43:48] <+vale`Exoronic> q chanlev #vale nvc +ao

(which means that Exoronic tries to give nvc auto-op)

Does this mean nvc has now joined Vale?
