Major Leagues using Static Damage
After Valve released their latest update for TF2 about a week ago, ESL, Wireplay and EnemyDown quickly decided to enable the new cvar to remove random damage despite the fact that there’s been lots of discussion about whether or not static damage is good (some people claim that static damage makes the game more boring). ETF2L chose to let it be community-decided so they posted a poll on the front page which resulted in 77% of the voters wanting static damage. So now all major leagues use static damage.
Therefore you should update your server configs to the latest versions:
