The Community LAN Update, July 3rd-5th

With only one and a half month until The Community LAN launches, here is an update.

So far 14 teams have signed up. Not only the big clans that are going, so there will be exciting matches for any skill level. SteelSeries are sponsoring hardware prizes for the Silver Tournament (that is the tournament for div2-3 teams), so there is a chance for all attending teams to win something.

If your team isn’t going, or if your team needs a couple of players to complete your LAN line-up, then you can submit a post on the mix page. You can get fairly cheap accommodations close the event (between €18 and €48 a night) – check out the accommodation info.

Maybe you just want to visit the LAN for a day to greet the best players in Europe or to say hello to some of your e-buddies? Then buy a 1-day Visitor Ticket for €10.30. You can also buy a visitor ticket for the full event thereby saving some money.For more information see the payment page.

This is by far the best LAN event TF2 has seen yet.
